Meet The Team

Stacie Thomas
President
Stacie Thomas is the President of Dizario Search. For almost 20 years, she has held various positions of increasing responsibility, utilizing her expertise in search strategy and execution, and her ability to build and nurture relationships with her clients and her team. As a working manager, Stacie serves as a trusted advisor to clients in the manufacturing sector, while also contributing to the development of internal processes and facilitating the organic growth of the Executive Search team. She is known for her dedication to fully understanding the nuances of each position and its impact on the organization. Her approach to "solving the problem" alongside her clients ensures that they can maintain best practices and minimize disruptions caused by vacant roles. A natural leader, Stacie also focuses on managing and mentoring her team, fostering a supportive environment that allows individuals to grow and contribute to the team’s success. With her keen understanding of the marketplace, Stacie has an innate ability to assemble the best teams for each assignment, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service. Stacie holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Education from the University of Akron. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family, including her two adult children and two grandchildren. She enjoys spending time in the barn and riding her horse, balancing her career with her personal interests.

Frank Crea
VP of Executive Search
Frank Crea is the Vice President of Executive Search at Dizario. With over 30 years of experience in executive recruiting, Frank specializes in account development, relationship management, and serving as a trusted advisor to his clients. He is highly regarded for his industry knowledge and consultative approach and takes great pride in the lasting relationships he has built over the years, many of which continue today. Frank has extensive experience across various industries within manufacturing, including food, automotive, aerospace/defense, packaging, and medical device. He takes a thoughtful and personalized approach to each client engagement, prioritizing not only the specifications of the search but also a deep understanding of company culture. Frank’s primary goal is to provide a positive client experience that fosters long-term relationships, making him and his team the go-to resource for all recruiting needs. A passionate mentor and leader, Frank is dedicated to the growth and development of the recruiting team. He regularly trains both new and experienced recruiters and takes great pride and satisfaction in seeing each individual thrive in their careers. Frank is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, reading, traveling and is an avid supporter of all Cleveland’s sports teams. Frank resides in Chagrin Falls, OH with his wife, Beth. Together, they enjoy spending time with their two adult sons and family whenever possible.

Jamie Pierson
Business Development Manager
Jamie specializes in technical executive search and fostering strong client relationships. A Kent State University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Jamie’s career began in restaurant operations, where he spent 13 years managing multiple locations. During this time, he developed exceptional leadership, team-building, and operational expertise, which paved the way for his successful transition into recruiting. Jamie has demonstrated a proven track record of connecting top-tier talent with strategic opportunities in technical and executive roles. In 2024, his notable placements included Metallurgical Engineers, Plant Managers, Maintenance Managers, Operations Managers, Vice Presidents of Sales, Senior Engineers, and Regional Sales Managers. His ability to understand client needs, build lasting relationships, and consistently deliver results has made him an invaluable asset to the team and the industries he supports. While at Kent State University, Jamie demonstrated his leadership skills as the President of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity, earning multiple awards for his dedication and service. Outside of work, he enjoys cheering for Cleveland sports teams (most of the time), exploring the outdoors, and spending quality time with his wife and two children.

Lance Eddy
Sr. Executive Search Partner
Lance brings over 12 years of experience in connecting top talent with leading manufacturing organizations. He began his career in recruiting in 2012, following his graduation from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor's in Sports Management. Throughout his career, Lance has successfully placed candidates in a wide variety of roles, ranging from engineering (entry-level to senior specialists) to operations management, sales, HR, finance, quality, and executive leadership (VP and C-level). He has partnered with manufacturing companies across aerospace, automotive, consumer goods, medical, heavy equipment, and many other industries, building a strong reputation for delivering tailored talent solutions. Known for his honest and relationship-driven approach, Lance excels at identifying candidates with specialized skill sets that align with the unique needs and cultures of his clients. His commitment to fostering long-term success ensures that candidates are placed in roles where they can thrive and organizations gain employees who make lasting contributions. Outside of work, Lance enjoys live music, working out, traveling, sports, and spending quality time with his wife and daughter.

Kristen Toth

Kristen Toth is an Executive Recruiter at Dizario Search. With six years of experience in high-level recruitment, she has honed her skills in candidate engagement, sourcing, vetting, and many other facets of the hiring process. Before transitioning into recruitment, she built a successful career as a Color Specialist at one of the top, high-end Aveda salons in the Youngstown, OH area. Her background in client consultation and attentive listening has equipped her with a process-driven and strategic approach to sourcing and evaluating candidates, delivering exceptional value to our clients. As an Executive Recruiter, she has successfully placed numerous executive-level professionals within the manufacturing industry, including roles in engineering, HR, plant management, finance, operations, and more. Her exceptional ability to identify qualified candidates and genuinely understand their career goals has established her as one of our Senior Recruiters, consistently matching top talent with our clients' needs. In her spare time, Kristen enjoys attending concerts, exploring new wineries, traveling, and cheering on Cleveland sports teams!

Dan Rydzewski

After earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Kent State University, Dan began his career in the insurance industry, where he developed a strong foundation in client relationship management and sales. He later transitioned to recruiting, where his passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities truly flourished. Throughout his career, Dan has become a trusted advisor and advocate for candidates in the manufacturing sector, specializing in a broad range of disciplines, including Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Human Resources, Marketing/Sales, Accounting/Finance, and Supply Chain. His deep knowledge of these industries, combined with his ability to understand both client and candidate needs, has allowed him to make successful placements that drive organizational success. Born and raised in Cleveland, OH, Dan is a lifelong fan of Cleveland sports, and he enjoys staying active in the local community. With a deep focus on recruiting for operations, supply chain, engineering, and finance roles in the manufacturing sector, Nadine brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her work. Raised on a dairy farm in Tuscarawas County, Ohio, Nadine developed a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for community and collaboration. These values are central to her approach as a recruiter, where she focuses on building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. Nadine graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Kent State University and is deeply passionate about helping individuals achieve their career goals and thrive in their professional lives. Ian Moriarty

Ian Moriarty began his career in 2018 as a staffing recruiter for the manufacturing industry. He has since developed a proven record in connecting top-tier talent with industry-leading organizations as an Executive Recruiter focused on Direct Placement. Ian’s success stems from his ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless match that drives organizational success and career fulfillment. Ian specializes in identifying and securing high-performing professionals across a diverse range of disciplines, including plant management, EHS management, IT, quality management, controls engineering, maintenance management, and human resources. He brings a strategic approach to talent acquisition, leveraging his deep industry knowledge and understanding of workforce trends to deliver tailored solutions. In his free time, Ian is a passionate downhill skier and he has traveled the country seeking the toughest slopes he could find. He is also an avid Cleveland sports fan and one of the many people still holding out hope for a Browns Super Bowl victory in his lifetime.
