As a working manager, Stacie serves as a trusted advisor to clients in the manufacturing sector, while also contributing to the development of internal processes and facilitating the organic growth of the Executive Search team. She is known for her dedication to fully understanding the nuances of each position and its impact on the organization. With over 30 years of experience in executive recruiting, Frank specializes in account development, relationship management, and serving as a trusted advisor to his clients. He is highly regarded for his industry knowledge and consultative approach and takes great pride in the lasting relationships he has built over the years, many of which continue today. Frank has extensive experience across various industries within manufacturing, including food, automotive, aerospace/defense, packaging, and medical device. He takes a thoughtful and personalized approach to each client engagement, prioritizing not only the specifications of the search but also a deep understanding of company culture. Frank’s primary goal is to provide a positive client experience that fosters long-term relationships, making him and his team the go-to resource for all recruiting needs.
